INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
3 dashes of Bitters
Orange Swath
Brandied Cherry (optional) INSTRUCTIONS In a mixing glass, add bitters, simple syrup, Elijah Craig Small Batch, and ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain cocktail over a large ice cube in a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry and swath of orange.

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth INSTRUCTIONS Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until well chilled. Serve up in either a coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

1 oz. Licor 43®
1 Whole Raw Egg
.5 oz. Brown Sugar Simple Syrup INSTRUCTIONS Add all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) until all ingredients are emulsified. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Grate fresh nutmeg on top and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
